Lisbon Treaty
15.05.2009
Question from Ted
You´ve declared that the Lisbon Treaty should be replaced by comprehensible document such as the United States Constitution. However, would you not believe that a document such as that is for a Federal Union, and the Lisbon Treaty is for a supranational organisation of independent states, and that it is itself an amending document? Hence, to fully understand it, one must have the Treaties of Rome, Amsterdam and Maastricht at hand to make sence of it. I´m afraid your arguements agaisnt the EU lack a sound foundation, and your political agend is unclear. If you stand for European unity, why are you opposed to Lisbon when it clearly does not create a federal union, and in fact maintains the independence of the member states more than ever.

Question from Pat
How do I give a small contribution €100 to your election campaign.
You "rock the political system" and that is good enough for me to confirm that you get my number 1.
The last Connaught person to utter those words became Irish president.
