1. Will you support the division of Child Benefit in proportion to who is caring for the child/children?

2. Will you support Parental Equality (the equal treatment of Fathers and Mothers as parents)?

3. Will you support making unmarried fathers automatic guardians of their children as in an unmarried mother?

4. Will you support to retain the current legal position, fathers and mothers who are guardians of their children act JOINTLY accordance with Section 6 of the Guardianship of Infants Act 1964.

5. Will you the support the insistence that all Family Law hearings are digitally recorded with the equipment which is already paid for by taxpayers monies and installed in the courts buildings?

Human Trafficking

Are you committed?

1. To combat the crime of trafficking of persons into Ireland.

2. To change the system so that victims of the crime of trafficking are treated within the Dept. of Justice and not perceived primarily as a problem of Immigration.

3. To ensure free legal advice is provided in a language understood by the victim.

4. To ensure social assistance is provided in the areas of housing, education, health, counselling without the condition of the willingness of a victim to act as a State witness in a criminal trial

5. To have Ireland enact legislation that criminalises the purchase of sex, which fuels sexual exploitation and increases human trafficking – similar to the Swedish legislation.

1. Why are you you running, as a candidate, in this General Election?

2.In 2009 The Irish Times reported that ´Technology ´could save H.S.E. Millions´ if an Electronic Patient Record System was introduced. Why is it that we do not have an Electronic Patient Record System in Ireland?

3.Why has electronic counting of votes not been introduced in this country?

4.Why will people in Ireland die, due to lack of access to healthcare, when the Government continues to pour BILLIONS of Euro into a bankrupt and corrupt banking system?

5.Why is Recycling theated as WASTE? Why is it that Dublin City Council ALLOWS people, in Dublin Central, to dump their rubbish, at will, on City Streets?

6.If elected will you fight against WASTE! incineration in Ireland?
